活動當天邀請到海口觀瀾湖旅遊園區總裁朱鼎健介紹於海南發展情況。同時,會上亦進行澳門海南青年企業家協會揭牌儀式,標誌著瓊澳進一步深度發展。

蕭杰常委一行亦到澳門大學參觀中藥質量研究國家重點實驗室,會上與中華醫藥研究院院長王一濤教授和本司董事總經理張茜交流關於瓊澳在中醫藥的投資和發展,期望在中醫業產業能夠有更多的交流和合作,共同推動產業發展。



另外,得到澳門大學副校長葛偉教授的接待,參觀大展館丶博雅之壁等地,加深了對於澳門大學在澳門和國際上的發展。

Meg-Star International Charity Association by Meg-Star Group donates MOP10 million in the fight against the Wuhan coronavirus. The Charity takes the lead to establish “Wuhan Coronavirus Special Fund” to accelerate anti-epidemic measures for the epicentre of the contagion in Wuhan and Hubei province, as well as the preventive measures of local community to contain the spread of the virus. To facilitate the goals of the special fund efficiently, this part of the donation will focus on providing medical supplies in Hubei province. Meanwhile, the charity is in discussion with several non-profit organizations for the implementation of anti-coronavirus measures.
Meg-Star Group not only assists in relieving efforts in the epicentre and support epidemic prevention in Macau, in response to Macao SAR government guideline of preventive measures, Meg-Star Group fully protects employees and customers by distributing facemasks and hand sanitizers to all frontline staffs and customers. Also, employees are advised to wear glasses on duty for self-protection. The staffs of back office have been exempted from working between 30 and 31 January to reduce the risk of the virus spreading. STARLUX Airlines Marked the Debut of Macao-Taipei Route on 23rd January 2020

STARLUX Airlines, Taiwan’s latest established and high-end airline company, launched its Inauguration Ceremony of the Macao-Taipei Route at 10am in Zone B, Departure Hall of Macau International Airport. Mr. Cho Po-Yue, Special Assistant to the Chairman of STARLUX Airlines and Mr. Steven Feng, General Manager of STARLUX Airlines Macao, together with Ms. Lee Pei Ju, Director General of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Mr. Jimmy Lin, Founder of Taiwan Chamber Commerce Macau, Ms. Christina Silva, Director of Air Transport and International Relations, Civil Aviation Authority of Macao SAR, Mr. Eric Fong, Director of Marketing Department, Macau International Airport Co. Ltd. and Mr. Mark Campbell, Managing Director of Menzies Macau Airport Service Limited officiated the Ceremony and unveiled the operation of Macao-Taipei Route. On the same day, STARLUX Chairman K.W. Chang, who is also a certified pilot, will be flying the round trip between Taipei and Macao with the flights JX203 and JX204 in the afternoon to celebrate the inauguration.
“Finally, STARLUX officially launched today and is able to welcome passengers aboard to experience the meticulous service we’ve been cultivating for almost three years. I would like to give credit to my whole team and all the supervisors, and related departments. As a brand-new carrier, we will fulfill our responsibility to provide safe and high-quality service. As a passionate certified pilot himself, Chang has taken every opportunity to personally fly the airline’s new aircraft. Not only did he fly the first three A321neos back to Taiwan from Hamburg, but he will also be flying the second round trip to Macau and back, flights JX203 and JX204 today.

STARLUX Airlines is operating the state-of-the-art Airbus A321neo aircraft on the aforementioned routes. The aircraft has 188 seats, including eight in business class and 180 in economy class. Each seat in the business class is equipped with a 15.6-inch 1080p inflight entertainment system screen and can transform into an 82-inch fully flatbed. Passengers sitting in economy class can stretch out with a generous 31-inches of legroom and enjoy a personal entertainment system featuring a 10.1-inch 720p screen, which is unprecedented on narrow-body aircraft in Taiwan. Moreover, free Wi-Fi service is provided in both classes.
The inflight services have also been exquisitely prepared. From the playful 3D animated inflight safety video, the design and texture of the cabin seats, the exclusive cabin fragrance to the tailormade boarding music by the famous jazz musician Peter White and the inflight meal concocted by Michelin-star chef Lam Ming Kin, STARLUX has prepared a journey of experiences to satisfy all five senses of each passenger.

“Double Celebration Tennis Charity Match” successfully held by Macao International Culture and Sports Industries Association (MICSIA)
China Liaison Office Team and Macao International Culture and Sports Team presented their fascinating skills at the tennis court

Macao, 23rd November 2019 – In order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 20th anniversary of the Handover of Macao (“Double Celebration”), Macao International Culture and Sports Industries Association (MICSIA) held the “Double Celebration Tennis Charity Match” at the tennis court of Grand Lapa Hotel Macao as well as a celebration gala dinner on the same evening at Studio City Macau. The charity fundraising will be used to nurture the future tennis elite for Macao.

The “Double Celebration Tennis Charity Match” was honored to gain support from the Liaison Office of The Central People’s Government in the Macao S.A.R. and the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Macao S.A.R., as well as people from all sectors of society. Two teams of 28 people competed in the form of doubles in the tennis match, namely: China Liaison Office Team and Macao International Culture and Sports Team. After a round of exciting competition, Team China Liaison Office won by the result of 4 versus 3.


Ms. Patricia Cheong, President of MICSIA said: “Macao International Culture and Sports Industries Association has attached great importance to the sports and culture industries, of which we have long been actively promoting and developing. Therefore, part of the funds raised in this charity match will contribute to the development of tennis in the Macao society and support the youth tennis training in Macao.”

As a charity event, part of the funds raised in the “Double Celebration Tennis Charity Match” will be targeted at high school players in Macao who are interested in the path of professional tennis. Through professional and efficient training, as well as the connection with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Greater Bay Area) via MICSIA, the future tennis talents can intensively exchange with tennis players in the greater region and improve their skills. The MICSIA will select potential tennis athletes together with Hou Kong Secondary School, hiring professional coaches to evaluate the athletes during the training and designing tailored training courses. Meanwhile, the future talents are suggested to participate in various open competitions in Macao and the Greater Bay Area, thereby improving their tennis skills and broadening their horizons. It is hoped that the young talent can make full use of their own advantages and the result of their training programs, bringing glory to the Macao sports world.

Macau, 2 November 2019 – The 10thMGM Macau Eco TrailHiker took place today at MGM COTAI. As it was the first large group hiking challenge held in Macau for 10 consecutive years, the route went along different scenic natural trails in Coloane, exploring the greener side of Macau. The event attracted 2,600 participants from a total of 650 teams competing for top honors in three race categories: 10km Fun Course, 20km & 30km corporate challenge.
The 10km kickoff ceremony was officiated by Mr. Robert J. Kirby and Mr. Kowie Geldenhuys, Directors of Macau TrailHiker Ltd. together with Mr. Wan Sucheng, Director of the Department of Publicity and Culture of the Liaison Office of the Central People‘s Government in the Macao S.A.R, Ms. Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, Director of Macao Government Tourism Office, Mr. Allen Lau Cho Un, Vice President of Sports Bureau of Macao S.A.R, Mr. Andrew Leong, Department Head of Social Welfare Bureau of Macau S.A.R, Mr. Ho Ka Wui, representative of Municipal Affairs Bureau, Mr. Grant Bowie, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, and Mr. Frederico Rosário, Director and member of Executive Committee of TDM. The ceremony was followed by a cheque presentation of a total of MOP 400,000 to The Cradle of Hope Association and The Salvation Army – Hong Kong and Macau Command as a support for their operational expenses. 30 kids from the two beneficiaries participated in the event to cheer the runners on and join the warm-up, spreading the message of healthy living together in the community.
Macau TrailHiker has been receiving massive support from the community for over 10 years. It attracted support not only from the locals, but also participants across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas. All the winners of this year in each category broke the previous records with the result as followed: The winners of 10 km team, 紅纖10K隊finished the course in 45 minutes 10seconds, followed by 珠海卡神軍團and Melco 新濠天地軟足天地一號. For the 20km course, the champion was 愛華跑步-20K, finishing in 1 hour and 34 minutes 09 seconds, and the 1st runner-up and the 2nd runner-up were RunPlus 隊名我無意見 and Top Sport B respectively. For the 30 km course, the champion was 從天而降West Face, finishing in 2 hours and 27 minutes 21 seconds, and the 1st runner-up and the 2nd runner-up were 珠海第一跑團之為所欲為and 山系大叔 Type R respectively. Furthermore, to encourage more female participation for this event, the organizer continued to have the award of First All-Female team for the three categories. The winners were 越跑越FLY, Run 4 Price, 繼續五虎respectively.

Macau TrailHiker launched 10 eco action initiatives, serving as the guideline for the event by following a “Think Reusable, Not Disposable” mentality. Specifically, the organiser aimed to reduce the usage of plastic bottles and paper cups during the event and encouraged our 20km and 30km participants to bring their own bottles for the race. At the water stations, paper cups were also replaced by the reusable cups. Furthermore, the organiser recruited Eco Team Volunteers to ensure the trails were clean and to further promote eco-education. The organizer strived to raise public awareness of the ecological and environmental protection along the greener side of Macau, to encourage and call for green actions from the public.

MGM Macau Eco Trailhiker was founded in 2010. It has grown rapidly in scale each year and has become one of the major sports events in Macau. From the inaugural event that was held at Hac Sa beach in 2010 with 560 participants, this year aims to receive a total of 2,600 participants for the 2019 event. The MGM Macau Eco TrailHiker is the largest group-hiking event in Macau. The event is organized by Macau TrailHiker Ltd, title-sponsored by MGM, and supported by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and other government departments. This annual event is born out of a vision to organize a group based, eco-friendly sports event in Macau. This year, Macau TrailHiker successfully attracted 2,600 participants from a total of 650 teams. Participants will be challenging themselves and building their team spirit in courses from 10km Family & Fun Course, 20km and 30km corporate challenge. The race will start outside the Lion Lobby at MGM COTAI and participants will run along the nature trails in Coloane, exploring the greener side of Macau.
Reaching to its 10th anniversary, Macau TrailHiker strives to promote eco-friendly concept throughout the event. With the mindset of “Think Reusable, Not Disposable”, Macau TrailHiker becomes the first sports event that brings in reusable cups to the race in Macau and the participants of 20km and 30km events will have to bring their own hydration system for refilling at the water stations aside the trails. With implementing this eco-friendly measure, over 9,000 paper cups can be saved for the planet. Moreover, the Eco Teams have been recruited and the volunteers will assist on the trails to keep the environment clean and safe. Macau TrailHiker will continue to reduce their carbon footprint with the joint effort and contribution from title sponsor, event organizers and participants.

This year, all net entry fees will be donated to the Salvation Army Hong Kong and Macau Command and the Cradle of Hope Association to support their operations in Macau for the daily operational expense and upcoming projects. Both charity organizations will be participating in the event to further spread their message in the community.

About MGM Macau Eco TrailHiker
MGM Macau Eco TrailHiker was founded in 2010. It has grown rapidly in scale each year and has become one of the major sports events in Macau. From the inaugural event that was held at Hac Sa beach in 2010 with 560 participants, this year aims to receive a total of 2,600 participants for the 2019 event. Macau, May 2019 – Global Gaming Expo Asia (G2E Asia), the must-attend marketplace for the Asian gaming-entertainment industry, will launch a new segment, ArtBiz Asia, at the expo’s 13th edition taking place 21 to 23 May 2019 at The Venetian Macao Cotai Expo.
ArtBiz Asia is co-organized by G2E Asia and Macao International Culture and Sports Industries Association (MICSIA). In line with local government’s strategy of promoting a diversified economy, ArtBiz Asia creates a platform that connects the arts and culture circle with integrated resorts in Asia and drives opportunities between art industry professionals and Asian elites.
